This is a high-trust, coordination-focused role that involves managing schedules, organizing internal workflows, maintaining documentation, managing interns, and supporting key initiatives from behind the scenes. The role does not involve legal drafting or client advisory work. it is operational in nature and essential to ensuring clarity, structure, and execution in the day-to-day functioning of the firm. Key Responsibilities · Manage and prioritize the Managing Partner’s calendar, internal meetings, and schedules · Track internal deliverables, timelines, and team tasks, and ensure structured follow-ups · Coordinate and manage the firm’s internship program: - Assist with onboarding of interns—introductory sessions, documentation, and access setup - Maintain and update task trackers and submission logs - Schedule weekly check-ins, track assignments, and ensure timely delivery - Act as a liaison between interns and the Managing Partner - Maintain structured documentation on intern engagement and performance · Maintain internal records, documentation, meeting notes, and files · Handle logistics, travel planning, inbox organisation, and daily execution. We also assist foreign companies setting up in India, guiding them through legal, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. In many cases, we operate as an extension of their global legal departments, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives. As we grow, we are seeking an experienced professional (4–5 years) to join us as an Engagement Strategist (Legal Services). This is a modern, multidimensional role that combines relationship management, strategic engagement, communication excellence, and operational assurance, and is ideal for professionals with both business acumen and legal expertise. Key Responsibilities • Build and strengthen trusted relationships across domestic and international engagements. • Coordinate client meetings, events, and workshops, ensuring seamless delivery. • Manage follow-ups with clients and stakeholders, keeping communication proactive and professional. • Draft high-quality correspondence, proposals, and presentations. • Support onboarding of new engagements, including foreign companies establishing a presence in India. • Operate as part of the extended legal department function for client companies. • Ensure smooth practice assurance from scheduling and coordination to maintaining communication flow. • Contribute to Bridge Counsels’ professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn through updates and digital engagement.
