Role: Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Lead - Recruitment (BFSI & BPO/BPM Hiring)

Experience: 18 years

Locations: Mohali | Kochi | Hyderabad | Gurugram

  • BPO / Volume / Frontline Hiring: 10 roles
  • Lateral Hiring (Mid-Level): 10 roles
  • Leadership Hiring (Senior Roles): 5 roles

Role Overview:

We are hiring high-performing Recruiters with strong BFSI and BPO/BPM hiring exposure across volume, lateral, and leadership mandates. The ideal candidate is a LinkedIn sourcing maestro, capable of delivering quality hires through advanced market mapping, headhunting, and multi-channel sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and BPO/BPM roles across frontline, mid, and senior levels
  • Deliver hiring across Technical, Non-Technical, Functional, and Techno-Functional roles
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter at an expert level for passive sourcing, market intelligence, and talent mapping
  • Drive sourcing through conventional and unconventional channels (job portals, internal ATS/ databases, social media, networking, competitor mapping, direct headhunting)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and niche requirements
  • Conduct structured screening and candidate assessments
  • Manage candidate engagement, interviews, and offer closures
  • Maintain accurate MIS, trackers, and recruitment metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders to meet quality, TAT, and hiring outcomes

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 1–8 years of recruitment experience with mandatory BFSI and/or BPO/BPM hiring exposure
  • Proven delivery experience in volume, lateral, or leadership hiring
  • Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search expertise (non-negotiable)
  • Strong market mapping, headhunting, and talent intelligence skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, delivery-driven environment
