Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail stores across Kerala, including mass hiring campaigns.
Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from leading educational institutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop solutions to meet those needs through effective recruitment practices.
Conduct field HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems implementation, and training programs development.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in Retail HR or related field (Recruitment & TA).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Proven track record of successful mass recruitment drives using various channels like social media platforms etc. .
Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices in managing large teams.
