Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and target-driven professionals to join our Presales (Telesales) team. You will be responsible for initiating customer engagement, qualifying potential leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team to convert. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential in a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads from marketing campaigns, digital sources, and other channels.
• Understand customer needs and clearly communicate project details, pricing, and unique selling points.
• Schedule and confirm site visits for potential buyers.
• Regularly follow up with leads to maintain strong engagement and interest.
• Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for conversion.
• Maintain lead tracking in CRM tools and provide regular reports.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer Support,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and telecalling systems.
