Role & responsibilities To make daily calls to our database of existing customers of Urbanrise To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis Schedule 500 appointments for Loyalty team Sales person to meet customers at their homes = 100 scheduled meetings per month To explain our projects in details to the customers. To answer customer queries promptly. Able to co-ordinate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers. Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required. Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product. Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc. Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances Preferred candidate profile: 1. Must have minimum 5 years of experience on which 1 year of experience in out bound calling/product in financial services. 2. Preferably to have from Real Estate industry or any industry with outbound selling (calling) experience. 3. Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment. 4. Should be driven personality and know telephone etiquettes. 5. Should have very good convincing skills. Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingual.
