Job Summary:

Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote programs.
  • Set up meetings or callbacks for the sales team with interested prospects
  • Maintain a daily call log and prepare detailed calling reports for review
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely communication and conversion
  • Meet weekly/monthly call and meeting targets as assigned
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support outreach campaigns
  • Maintain and update reports with accurate data

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
  • Target-driven with good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with sales or telecalling processes preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel .
