Responsibilities:

  • Travel Desk Management
  • Travel Expenses Processing
  • Vendor Management
  • Facility Management
  • Record Management
  • Organizing Meetings & Events
  • Mail / Courier Handling
  • FRRO Related Tasks To handle all the expatriate related FRRO activities with the local FRRO
  • Performing HR Administrative tasks

Assist HR with onboarding processes, training coordination, and administrative

support.

Maintain and update physical and digital employee records (personal files , contracts,

leave, attendance, etc.)

Input and manage data in HRMS (e.g., Darwinbox, Zoho People, SAP Success Factors)

Draft and distribute internal HR communications, policy documents, and FAQs

Organize employee training and development sessions and maintain training records

Compile HR reports for audits, headcount tracking, and compliance

Monitor attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll preparation

Liasion with required local bodies – Police, ESI, PF , Hospitals
