Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Sous Chef with 6-8 years of experience to lead our Indian cuisine team at Radisson Hotel Phagwara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the hotel's dining experience.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and quality control.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform menu planning and promotions.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and its regional variations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
