Job Description

As an Administrative and Coordination professional at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, your role involves managing the General Manager's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of various activities. You will have the opportunity to handle a range of responsibilities including screening and handling telephone calls, appointments, mails, and emails, along with taking minutes at executive committee meetings. Your communication skills will be crucial as you coordinate and communicate with different departments and staff levels as directed by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing correspondences with internal and external parties for the General Manager's signature, attending to requests from various offices, and handling special requests or complaints from residents/patrons. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the General Manager's diary and coordinate meetings and appointments - Screen and handle telephone calls, appointments, mails, and emails - Take minutes at executive committee meetings - Coordinate and communicate with various departments and staff levels - Prepare and manage correspondences for the General Manager's signature - Attend to requests from divisional, corporate, or owners" offices - Handle residents/patrons" special requests or complaints - Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently and prepare detailed travel files - Maintain systematic filing and tracing systems - Update personal and leave records of Executive Committee and Department Heads - Manage the Manager-On-Duty schedule - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters - Ensure office stationery stock availability - Project a positive image of the organization - Attend necessary briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management Qualifications Required: - Hotel Management Degree/Graduation/Diploma education - Minimum of 2-3 years of secretarial experience with at least 1 year serving at the senior management level - Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and oral English language skills - Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint The desired competencies for this position include good communication and customer contact skills, a service-oriented approach with attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team, self-motivation, energy, and maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.,
