PSGR Krishnammal College for Women invites applications from qualified and dynamic candidates for the position of Executive Secretary at the GRG School of Management Studies.

Position - Executive Secretary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule meetings and official communications for the Director, including academic boards, guest lectures, and institutional events.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up of action items.
• Support admissions management, including application handling, interview scheduling, issuing selection letters, fee follow-ups, and ERP data updates.
• Handle front-office operations and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate documentation and logistics for academic and institutional events.
• Maintain reception area standards, office organization, and cleanliness.
• Manage and archive digital and physical records, files, and certificates.
• Act as a liaison with the HR department for attendance, leave, and staff-related documentation.
• Handle office documentation related to statutory and academic bodies (AICTE, BU, COE, AIMS, CMA, AIMA, CII, etc.).
• Coordinate printing, scanning, filing, and office supplies management.
• Issue bonafide certificates and fee-related documents to students as required.
• Foster a professional, welcoming, and collaborative work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant qualification preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in secretarial, administrative, academic institution, or front-office roles preferred.
• Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
