Job Description: Overview: As a Uniform Garment Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell uniforms to schools and corporate clients. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations to meet their uniform needs. You will serve as a liaison between the uniform manufacturing company and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including schools and corporate entities, to generate new business opportunities in designated area. Conduct market research to understand the specific uniform requirements and preferences of potential clients. Sales and Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the uniform products offered, including fabric types, design options, and customization possibilities. Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing your company's uniforms, addressing client concerns and providing solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, companies, and organizations. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Customization Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their unique uniform needs and preferences. Provide guidance on customization options, helping clients create a cohesive and distinctive look for their students or employees. Order Processing and Logistics: Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and assist clients in managing their uniform orders efficiently. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance. Daily sales report submission Qualifications: Prime interest in sales, preferably in the apparel or uniform industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Understanding of the educational and corporate sectors. Knowledge of uniform fabrics, styles, and customization options. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Education: A diploma in textile diploma (DMTT/DMTC/DKT)/Diploma in Apparel Merchandising. Travel: Travel may be required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
