Executive - Recruitment & Operations

This opening is for a Client in Andheri (East)

Note : This job location is for Andheri (East) and require candidate who can join immediately or within a week's time. Budget for this role is 45K monthly.

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

• Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Generate recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and present periodic recruitment reports.

• Support HR operations including onboarding documentation, employee records management, and HR analytics.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal processes, and relevant labor regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Recruiter

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under deadlines.

HRMS & ATS platforms

Preferred Attributes:

• Hands-on experience hiring for structural/civil engineering roles.

• Understanding of technical skill sets related to design, drafting, and construction.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-driven environment.
