Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies, funding plans, and growth models for scaling each business unit.
• Represent the organization in

  investor forums, client meetings, and strategic alliances

• Collaborate with the Operations Co-Founder to align business execution with vision and financial objectives.
• Explore

  joint ventures, equity partnerships, or convertible funding options

  .
• Contribute to organizational design, governance structure, and long-term planning.
