As a Co-Founder Investor & Client Relations at Avneetaash Spectrum Ventures Private Limited, you will play a strategic role in bringing in investments, securing venture partners, and building client relationships across multiple domains including HR & Talent Services, Media Podcasting, and Software & Application Development. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing Investor Relations by identifying, engaging, and securing investors and venture partners. - Driving business development and client acquisition, especially for Sqillect and LayersOfVoice verticals. - Developing financial strategies, funding plans, and growth models for scaling each business unit. - Representing the organization in investor forums, client meetings, and strategic alliances. - Collaborating with the Operations Co-Founder to align business execution with vision and financial objectives. - Exploring joint ventures, equity partnerships, or convertible funding options. - Contributing to organizational design, governance structure, and long-term planning.
