Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to ensure the right talent is hired within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from stakeholders.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or any good multinational organisation).
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
