You will be joining Spacewalk LLP, an independent real estate advisor based in Pune, specializing in both east and west Pune. Led by dynamic and visionary individuals, Spacewalk leverages its wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate sector to assist individuals seeking to invest in properties in Pune. As a full-time Executive Recruiter at Spacewalk, your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit top talent for all positions using various platforms. Your daily tasks will include conducting interviews, networking with potential candidates, and managing the hiring process effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing skills. Knowledge of Executive Search and Headhunting techniques will be beneficial, along with experience in Candidate Assessment and Evaluation. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining professional relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills are also key to succeeding in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources will be required to qualify for this position.,
