Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, which include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the offer process. Additional tasks involve maintaining candidate databases, networking, and fostering relationships with potential candidates. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that Aadeeshwara Insurance Brokers attracts and hires the best talent for various roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
