Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Pune. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top executive talent to meet the strategic goals of the company. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events, conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The Executive Recruiter will also build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, including the use of social media and networking
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
• Relationship-building skills for interacting with clients and candidates
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Experience in recruitment within the relevant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
