Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications. Other tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, utilizing various recruitment platforms, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The role also involves handling recruitment coordination, extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience with identifying and sourcing candidates using various recruitment platforms and tools
• Skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand staffing requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills for handling the recruitment process
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the facility management industry is a plus
