Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding executive-level candidates. The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and maintaining candidate databases. The Executive Recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing executive-level candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial or accounting sector is a plus
