Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Executive Recruiter. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for executive and leadership roles. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients, managing recruitment processes, and developing talent pipelines. The Executive Recruiter will also carry out market research and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment strategies. Qualifications Sourcing, Interviewing, and Recruitment skills Ability to manage recruitment processes and develop talent pipelines Experience in conducting market research and client coordination Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in executive search is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
