Executive – Product Data Management

The Product Data Syndication Associate will be a key member of the Product Data Syndication team, responsible for managing, enriching, and distributing product information across various internal and external digital channels. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of product data, directly impacting e-commerce effectiveness, sales, and brand consistency.

Primarily, this position would be supporting the Kitchen and Bath business for Product data management team.

Ability to drive all internal and external events (programs) and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Role and Responsibility:

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Governance:
  • Maintain and enrich product data (e.g., specifications, attributes, digital assets, marketing copy) within the Product Information Management (PIM) system and related platforms.
  • Ensure all product data adheres to internal data governance standards and external retailer/marketplace requirements.
  • Perform regular quality checks, audits, and data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity.
• Syndication & Distribution:
  • Execute the syndication process, pushing accurate and complete product content to various global retail partners, e-commerce platforms, and internal systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data feed errors, resolving issues quickly to minimize product downtime on external sites.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with onsite teams to source, validate, and update product information for new launches and product changes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data syndication processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and changes in retailer data requirements.
  
  

What we are looking for, from your past experience

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product data management, e-commerce operations, or data syndication, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Proven experience working with a Product Information Management (PIM) system (e.g., Akeneo, Salsify, Stibo, inRiver) is highly desirable. (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of data models, product taxonomy, and digital asset management (DAM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation) is required and also Familiarity/working knowledge of Ticketing Tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, confluence
  • Familiarity with various product data feeds and syndication methods (e.g., APIs, GDSN, custom XML/CSV).
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
