Job Description

Role Summary

The Personnel Executive plays a critical role in managing facilitating employee relations, and compliance.

To ensure the smooth joining of the new employees.
To collate the HR Data of the new joiners.
To punch in attendance every month for the payroll processing.
Responsible for PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
To generate the UAN and ESI TIC of employees.
Prepare PF, ESI challans for submission.
Manage Client audits
Prepare audit documents
Other Miscellaneous tasks
