Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage key accounts by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase revenue.
Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Oversee facility operations, ensuring seamless delivery of soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria management, and event planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
Identify new business opportunities within existing client networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Key Account Management in Facility Industry
Strong understanding of operations management of Facility Management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
