As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing key accounts, developing business plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing onboarding, documentation, training, and integration for franchise partners on various platforms like Petpooja, Swiggy, Zomato, and local platforms. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to boost franchise sales, increase brand visibility, and analyze franchisee performance to drive growth. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, providing training, support, and addressing any concerns related to sales and technical issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee onboarding, documentation, training, and integration for franchise partners on various platforms. - Develop strategies to enhance franchise sales and address operational concerns. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase brand visibility and revenue. - Analyze franchisee performance and implement action plans for sales improvement. - Provide training and support to franchise owners on operational best practices. - Handle queries related to sales growth, order processing, and platform issues. - Monitor franchise sales performance and report key insights to senior managers. - Ensure smooth functioning of local platform integrations and resolve technical challenges. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in QSR, franchise operations, or food tech platforms. - Strong knowledge of food aggregator platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, etc. - Experience in franchise operations and sales growth strategies. - Proficiency in Petpooja and other POS systems. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to train and mentor junior team members. - Experience in customer support or operations is a plus. **Job Description:** Naadbramha Idli is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Pune.
