The responsibilities for this role include Assessment Planning, Preparation, Execution, Finding classification, Reporting, Finding verification, and Closure. You will be responsible for owning and supporting external certifications for ISO audits and client audits. It is important to assess, identify, and provide Early Risk Alerts to delivery and leadership teams. You will need to articulate FRS and log the same in the DELite tool for the assessments done within the SLA period. Additionally, you will be required to review the assessment findings of junior assessors/reportees and mentor/upskill them. Verification of the CAPA taken by the team objectively and ensuring closure of findings within the SLA is a key aspect of this role. It is essential to ensure that findings do not become aged and obsolete. Facilitating project teams, Compliance teams, and DE Enable teams for external audits and customer audits by planning and executing mock assessments is also part of the responsibilities.
