Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Dehradun. The Executive Personal Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks including personal assistance, executive administrative support, communication, diary management, and clerical duties. Day-to-day tasks involve organizing meetings, managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and performing various other tasks to support the executive team.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication and Diary Management abilities
• Proficient in Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
