Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Executive – IT and Networking to support the daily operations of our IT infrastructure and provide technical support to users. The role involves assisting in troubleshooting, system maintenance, IT service delivery, and working under the guidance of senior IT staff. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong technical foundation in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Support:
- Assist with installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide support across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment and report issues as needed.
Network Support
- Help monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi issues.
- Assist with routine network checks and configurations under supervision.
- Support in maintaining internet access and VPN connectivity.
Technical Support
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and system-related incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Assist with user access, device provisioning, and endpoint configuration.
- Support users in resolving backup-related issues using Cobian Backup.
Company - Specific Use Cases
- Support the IT team in handling device deployment, maintenance, and user management.
- Contribute to backup operations and ensure successful execution using internal tools.
- Help with access provisioning and removal as per business and IT policy requirements.
- Assist in managing Wi-Fi access and usage policy enforcement.
- Maintain documentation for asset inventory, IT procedures, and technical workflows.
- Participate in regular audits, compliance checks, and policy-based system configurations.
Documentation And Reporting
- Log and track incidents, changes, and support resolutions.
- Assist in preparing system health reports and operational summaries.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT and networking, including hands-on experience with system administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in network technologies, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Experience with IT tools like ticketing systems and network monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience working with the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, including basic rule creation and user management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Travel Requirement
