Ltd (https://www.airpay.co.in/) Location: Mumbai, Andheri Job Summary The Assistant Manager - Reconciliation & Settlement will play a crucial role in performing the day-to-day Payment Gateway reconciliations and settlement processes. The individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of payment transactions, supporting payment business operations, and driving improvements in operational processes. This role requires strong collaboration across various departments and external partners to mitigate risks and ensure seamless payment operations across UPI, Remittance UPI, Wallet, Cards, Net Banking Remittance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily reconciliation and settlement of payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across UPI, Wallet, Cards, Net Banking Remittance.Manage incidents, collaborate with internal and external teams, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Required Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Banking, Finance, or a related field). Skills And Experience Proficient in advanced Excel, with extensive experience in handling and analysing large data sets.Strong understanding of payment operations, reconciliation, and settlement processes, with the ability to identify and resolve issueACs efficiently.
