## The Opportunity

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to growth and challenges. With strong work ethic and recruitment focus, you will play a key role in talent acquisition and contribute to broader HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (Recruitment & HR Ops)

* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to offer extension.

* Gather resource requisitions & plan sourcing strategies.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and networks.

* Maintain recruitment trackers & related documentation.

* Coordinate for interview scheduling and forecasting future hiring needs.

* Deliver a seamless recruitment experience to candidates & stakeholders.

* Maintain employee records: update files, personnel data, and documentation.

* Assist with benefits administration & employee queries.

* Participate in employee engagement initiatives (surveys, recognition, events).

* Support compliance requirements and HR documentation.

Administration

* Prepare & manage voucher entries (travel, petty cash, reimbursements).

* Handle vendors, office supplies, courier & stationery.

* Support daily office operations, housekeeping & event coordination.

Profile Requirements

* MBA in Human Resources or related field, with strong recruitment exposure.

* Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.

* Analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team.
