Role Overview

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement

    : Work closely with customers to understand their production and quality challenges, and present suitable WizPro solutions.

  • Sales Support

    : Assist in lead generation, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to drive customer interest.

  • Industry Networking

    : Build relationships with engineers, quality managers, and decision-makers in manufacturing.

  • Channel Collaboration

    : Coordinate with system integrators and distributors to expand reach and support joint opportunities.

  • Market Awareness

    : Keep track of industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor solutions to refine sales approaches.

  • Team Collaboration

    : Work with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to prepare customized presentations and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • Experience

    : 2–3 years in industrial automation, robotics, AI-driven solutions, or related areas.

  • Technical Understanding

    : Basic knowledge of smart manufacturing, automation, and quality control systems.

  • Sales Skills

    : Strong communication, presentation, and customer interaction skills with a consultative approach.
