Executive Housekeeper

We are looking for a skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and excellent leadership skills.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
• Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas or issues that require attention.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and record-keeping systems.
