Executive Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Onboard new vendors (minimum 5 per item/territory) and develop alternate supplier options.
• Evaluate vendors on delivery, quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate and ensure a 60+ day credit period with vendors.
• Maintain Vendor Report Cards and handle invoice discrepancies or quality issues.
• Coordinate QA visits and ensure resolution of supplier-related issues.

Procurement & Inventory Management

• Ensure accurate receipt of Raw and Packaging Materials (RM/PM) as per invoices.
• Maintain material specification sheets and quality assurance records.
• Track and report shortfalls, damages, or wastages in materials.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor monthly/annual procurement expenses.
• Plan inventory levels in sync with production requirements.

Procurement Planning & Cost Efficiency

• Draft, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts with favorable terms.
• Monitor price trends and maintain vendor performance data across breweries.
• Ensure timely renewals and compliance with procurement standards.

Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with Finance for vendor payments and manage debit note issuance.
• Collaborate with multiple brewery units for consistent supply and cost optimization.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement and cost reports.
• Maintain documentation for contracts, price fluctuations, and vendor quality records.
• Share regular updates on inventory, shortages, and procurement plans with management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:

  B.Tech (any specialization)

• Experience:

  0–1 year in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (internship or project experience preferred)

• Skills:

  Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; MS Excel proficiency; proactive and detail-oriented mindset
