Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive to join our Customer Relations team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, located in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a strong background in customer relations.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, labs, and corporate hospitals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
