Job Summary(Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):

. Assist supervisor for paper work, such as preparing, distributing and collecting back the handling kit.
. Distribute to and collect from the inspectors the inspection samples, issue quotations . and reports to the client / factory. . System maintenance such as IBMS, Summary report preparing. . Attend to clients enquiries.

Interrelationships(Other key functional or communicational lines):

. Coordinate with local and overseas clients, factories and vendors.
. Coordinate with supervisors, Assistant Manager, Sub-Regional Manager - IAA for all job related activities.

Job Responsibility & Accountability(Key Roles, functions & accountability):

Required Skills & Qualification:-

. Graduate or above in any discipline.
. Good command of English, both oral and written.
