Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive to join our Contact Center team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical services or hospital industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate contact center operations for seamless communication between teams.
Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall experience.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
