Education & Experience

Minimum: University Degree, business school diploma or CAExperience: 2 Years + in Analytical role.
  • Incumbent will be responsible for business finance with commercial understanding and knowledge.
  • Expert Knowledge of Commercial & Finance.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on Customer performance, Pricing and Gross Margin with focus initiative are implemented with business centric information based on relevancy.
  • Search for levers for optimizing the organization, procedures, and results
  • Ensuring proper internal controls and adherence to policies and processes of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytical skill:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize statistical methods to forecast sales trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and evaluate franchise performance against KPIs identified at the beginning of the year.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals.
  • Sales Planning
  • Contribute to the creation of sales targets and goals.
  • Support the development of sales plans and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Technology utilisation
  • Leverage Tableau and other sales-related software (CRM) to gather, organize, and analyze data.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in sales analytics tools.
  • Communication
  • Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategies.
Excel Dashboard Specialist :- Creating dynamic and visually engaging dashboards in Microsoft Excel with user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring data accuracy
Functional Skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and can boast a first experience with a Business Intelligence tool. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • To understand the query and challenges with business mind-set
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be able to work with the team, perform under pressure and within short deadlines.
