Education & Experience
Minimum: University Degree, business school diploma or CAExperience: 2 Years + in Analytical role.
- Incumbent will be responsible for business finance with commercial understanding and knowledge.
- Expert Knowledge of Commercial & Finance.
- Preparing and presenting reports on Customer performance, Pricing and Gross Margin with focus initiative are implemented with business centric information based on relevancy.
- Search for levers for optimizing the organization, procedures, and results
- Ensuring proper internal controls and adherence to policies and processes of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical skill:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize statistical methods to forecast sales trends and provide actionable insights.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate franchise performance against KPIs identified at the beginning of the year.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals.
- Sales Planning
- Contribute to the creation of sales targets and goals.
- Support the development of sales plans and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Technology utilisation
- Leverage Tableau and other sales-related software (CRM) to gather, organize, and analyze data.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in sales analytics tools.
- Communication
- Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategies.
Excel Dashboard Specialist :- Creating dynamic and visually engaging dashboards in Microsoft Excel with user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring data accuracy
Functional Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and can boast a first experience with a Business Intelligence tool. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to work with the team, perform under pressure and within short deadlines.
