Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to lead our Italian kitchen team, responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have 5-25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase expertise in Italian cuisine.
Lead and manage a team of chefs, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
Stay updated on trends and techniques in Italian cooking to enhance menu offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta, pizza, and risotto.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology to streamline operations.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
