Assist customers with inquiries, custom orders, and product selection. Monitor sales trends and adjust product offerings accordingly. Coordinate with the kitchen or third-party vendors for timely deliveries. Train and supervise section staff if applicable. Handle billing support and packaging for takeaway orders. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
