Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. Maintain knowledge of seasonal offerings and specialty drinks. Handle transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations. Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed. Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service. Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
