Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage the sweet box and bakery section, including sweets, packaged desserts, and fresh bakery items. Ensure proper display, labeling, and packaging of all items. Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock expiry, and coordinate replenishment. Ensure adherence to hygiene standards, including storage temperatures and cleanliness. Assist customers with inquiries, custom orders, and product selection. Monitor sales trends and adjust product offerings accordingly. Coordinate with the kitchen or third-party vendors for timely deliveries. Train and supervise section staff if applicable. Handle billing support and packaging for takeaway orders. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hotel management, food technology, or bakery management is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a bakery, sweet shop, or FMCG retail setup.
