About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of lead generation, pipeline management, and market exploration, specifically focused on USA and UK regions.

This role demands a professional who can take ownership of their targets and tasks, work collaboratively with internal teams, and effectively communicate progress and insights to the management team. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for IT services, with a focus on USA and UK markets.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Explore new markets, identify prospects, and develop outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal and pitch creation.
  • Take ownership of targets, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Present insights and market intelligence to management when needed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth communication with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Track and manage daily/weekly activities in an organized manner.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in a service-based IT company.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and pipeline development for US/UK regions.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Good to have knowledge of Hubspot or any other CRM tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong task ownership, accountability, and reasoning ability.
  • Excellent time and task management skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams.


Preferred Attributes

  • Previous experience working with international clients.
  • Good understanding of IT services such as AIML, Cloud ( GCP & AWS preferred ), DevOps, or Data science Services.
  • Good to have knowledge of Web3 domain ( Not required )
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
