Experience with software design and implementation in real world Experience with source control Ability to work with C# producing production grade code Expertise in .NET (Framework, Core, Asp.NET, WebForms etc. family of Microsoft technologies) Ability to understand database models (Relational database) and write SQL queries (mainly Microsoft SQL Server) Experience with Entity Framework Core, Linq2Sql, Dapper etc. ORM frameworks Knowledge of Design Patterns (mainly CQRS and Event-driven Architecture) Ability to proficiently work with JavaScript & Angular (Front End) - this is a necessary requirement Ability to work with legacy systems - should be able to read code and get an understanding of the objective of the module Work with other developers to design flow charts / produce documentation for others to follow Produce clean code - Readable & reusable, where applicable Knowledge of standard software development practices Knowledge of JIRA, Postman Ability to review code (Pull Requests) Soft skills required: Attention to Detail Resourcefulness & Troubleshooting Aptitude Strive to create good code Effective communication Thought clarity in solving problems Ask Questions, wherever applicable Ability to work as part of the team working towards a common goal
