Act as the CEO’s right hand—optimizing time, moving priorities forward, and executing with precision. The role blends executive support, research, sales/outreach, and digital execution. High energy, sharp organization, excellent communication, and relentless follow-through are essential.

     6:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST (India Night Shift)
  • Location:

     Remote
  • Compensation:

     ₹30,000/month (₹3.6 LPA)
  • Reporting To:

     CEO
  • Term:

     Long-term role


Core Responsibilities


1) Executive & Operational Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare concise meeting briefs.
  • Join meetings on video as needed; capture action items and circulate summaries.
  • Maintain a prioritized task list; drive daily execution so nothing slips.
  • Monitor and respond to emails; draft, review, and organize correspondence and documents.
  • Organize file repositories and access permissions in 

    Microsoft Teams/OneDrive

    .
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Be available on phone (inbound/outbound) throughout the shift.


2) Research, Analysis & Decision Support

  • Conduct online and 

    AI-powered research

     (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, etc.) across 

    business, finance, technology, commercial real estate, digital healthcare, and politics

    .
  • Produce clear, actionable summaries suitable for 

    PowerPoint

    , website updates, and stakeholder emails.
  • Evaluate alternatives and present recommendations to support fast, high-quality decision-making.


3) Communication, Sales & Stakeholder Outreach

  • Make 

    high-volume sales/stakeholder calls

     with professionalism and persistence.
  • Write and send 

    high-volume emails

     with excellent follow-up discipline and tracking.
  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube): drafting, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-through so tasks, leads, and commitments are closed on time.


4) Digital, Creative & Web Updates

  • Build decks and briefing materials in 

    PowerPoint

    ; maintain trackers and reports in 

    Excel

    .
  • Create simple visuals in 

    Canva

     and edit/post short videos (e.g., with 

    Adobe Creative Cloud

    ).
  • Update website content using 

    WordPress (Divi editor; no coding required)

    .


5) Travel & Expense Management

  • Research and book optimal 

    flights, hotels, and event

     logistics.
  • Track and categorize expenses 

    daily/weekly/monthly

    ; surface insights to optimize costs.
  • Manage subscriptions; open/close accounts and keep records current.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field).
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) with a clear, neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in 

    Microsoft 365

     (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Working knowledge of 

    WordPress (Divi)

    Canva

    Adobe Creative Cloud

    , and major social platforms.
  • Strong task tracking, follow-up, and completion discipline—never dropping the ball.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and tech-savvy.
  • Must be available on 

    video

     at any time during the workday; 

    phone-reachable

     throughout the shift.
  • Must have own room to work with no disturbance.
  • Reliable laptop with working camera and 

    stable high-speed internet

    .
