Executive Assistant Job Description:

Global Pay is a fast-growing Fin-Tech company. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chairman/CEO and Executive Team and help drive operational efficiency at the highest level.

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Mumbai (HO)

No. of vacancies: 1

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to Top level management
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones
Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas, briefs, presentations, and minutes
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines
Support special projects, team initiatives, and events as needed

Experience

3+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership

Skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High level of discretion and integrity
Tech-savvy: comfortable with [Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Slack / Notion / Zoom, etc.]
Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision

Personality

Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Exceptional attention to detail
