Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle correspondence via Followups, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on deliverables
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Preferred candidate Skills-

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proficient in maintaining google sheet.
