Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant at WeLaunch, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our leadership team — managing calendars, coordinating priorities, and streamlining communication. But more than that, you’ll use your copywriting flair to craft clear, engaging, and professional messages across internal and external platforms.If you’re someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and creativity — this role is the perfect blend of strategy and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Operations Support:Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination for leadership.Oversee and track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Asana.Create and maintain project dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability.Prepare briefs, reports, and meeting summaries for internal and client-facing discussions.Copywriting & Communication:Write, proofread, and edit professional emails, proposals, presentations, and social media captions.Assist with brand messaging, internal communications, and marketing copy.Support the creation of pitch decks, newsletters, and announcements.Maintain a consistent brand voice in all written materials.Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align communication and project timelines.Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and execution.Identify and implement process improvements for better productivity and communication.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.Hands-on experience with task and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Asana).Exceptional copywriting and communication skills — professional, creative, and concise.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Tech-savvy, with experience managing remote work tools and communication platforms.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.Discretion, reliability, and a solutions-driven mindset.
