About The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a dynamic on-site role in India. You will be the MD’s primary operational partner—managing calendar, communications, travel, meeting preparation, and confidential documentation—enabling strategic focus and execution across leadership priorities.Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and inbox: prioritize requests, schedule meetings, handle rescheduling, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare high-quality meeting materials and briefings, draft and proofread correspondence, and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, create detailed itineraries, and process expense reports.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders; screen and route communications professionally.
  • Take and distribute accurate minutes during leadership and board meetings; track action items and drive closure with stakeholders.
  • Organize on-site events and leadership forums, manage vendor coordination, and oversee office administrative needs tied to the MD’s agenda.

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA supporting senior leadership (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion handling sensitive information, and strong written English.
  • Comfortable working on-site with flexible hours when required for international meetings and travel coordination.
