Job Description

Tanmatra Ayurveda, a leading Ayurvedic wellness clinic in Trivandrum, is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support and work directly with Dr. Alka Vijayan, our Founder and Chief Consultant. This is a dynamic role that blends elements of strategy, execution, and executive assistance. You will serve as a trusted partner to Dr. Alka, helping her balance patient care, research, operations, and external engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support for Dr. Alka in managing her professional schedule, priorities, and commitments.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups between Dr. Alka, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and documentation for meetings and conferences.
  • Oversee key projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Manage and coordinate PR and media-related activities, including social media shoots, podcasts, events, and collaborations.
  • Ensure readiness for patient consultations, talks, and workshops.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Project Coordination, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Interest in healthcare, Ayurveda, or wellness is an added advantage.
