Sales Executive

About the Job TANMATRA Ayurveda is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to promote and drive sales of our premium range of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products. This role requires someone who understands traditional wellness, is driven by targets, and can engage confidently with customers both in-store and at promotional events. Key Responsibilities Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and usage of Ayurveda-based medicines and wellness products. Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers through strong product knowledge and persuasion. Build and maintain relationships with walk-in clients, retail partners, and referral channels. Maintain and restock display areas to maximize customer appeal. Participate in wellness exhibitions, pop-ups, and in-clinic promotional events. Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services. Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports. Follow up with customer for payments to ensure that payments are received within the credit period and update management and accounts. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align promotional efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or FMCG sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Malayalam. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Owning a vehicle with a valid driving license is necessary.
